Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and labels, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us through our contact form as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and labels, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
